Terms of use

Bazarscope collects and compares public data of Instagram business accounts: followers, posts, comments, ads and websites. On that basis it provides statistics, AI analysis, content ideas, weekly reports and a content calendar. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.

• An account may only be opened by people over 18 or by those authorised to act on behalf of a business.
• You must give a correct email address and keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• If you notice unauthorised use of your account, tell us immediately.

• A new account gets a 14-day free trial. The trial includes Pro features and a one-time trial credit.
• If no paid plan is chosen when the trial ends, the account switches to limited mode. Your data is not deleted.
• Analytics, reports, the calendar and the daily automatic refresh are included in the plan. AI features and some manually started jobs use credits; the prices are shown in the “Plan and credits” section.
• A plan's monthly credits renew every month and do not carry over. Extra credit packs are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase.
• If a job fails (for example, data could not be collected), the credits used are refunded automatically.
• Each plan has usage limits (for example, the number of competitors and the volume of comments collected). When a limit is reached, the service tells you and offers to continue with credits.
• Once online payment is added, prices, the billing period, and the cancellation and refund rules will be shown on the payment page and in an updated version of these terms.

You may use the service only for lawful marketing and business analysis. It is forbidden to:

• track personal (non-business) accounts, stalk people or build profiles about them;
• sell the data obtained, distribute it in bulk or use it for spam;
• test the security of the service, overload it or send excessive requests by automated means;
• use someone else's account or name;
• publish content through the calendar that breaks the rules of Instagram, Meta or Google.

If these rules are broken, we may suspend the account with a warning or immediately.

The texts and images you upload to the calendar belong to you. We use them only to deliver the service (to store them, show them to you and publish them on your instruction). You are responsible for the content you publish and its rights.

• Statistics are based on the public data of third-party platforms. Delays, gaps or platform changes may cause differences.
• Analyses, ideas, texts and strategies produced with AI are recommendations. You should check them before using them.
• We do not guarantee any particular result (follower growth, sales, etc.).

The service depends on Instagram/Meta, Google, Apify, Anthropic, Post for Me and other providers. Changes or interruptions in their operation may affect some features. Bazarscope is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Meta or Google.

We try to keep the service running without interruption, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We announce planned maintenance in advance whenever possible.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or data loss resulting from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You can close your account at any time: write to [privacy@domen.az]. After closing, your data is deleted within the periods stated in the Privacy policy. We may also close an account if these terms are seriously breached.

We may update these terms. We give at least 14 days' notice of significant changes. Using the service after a change means accepting the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are resolved first by negotiation and, if that is not possible, in the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
